Flower Crush Friday

In the wedding industry flower shops would not be able to do their thing with out a venue, photographers with out the wedding party. It is an interwoven world of many different people working together to make one person have a beautiful spectacular day. Here at Urban Poppy we love meeting new people and working with others. This past weekend we had the pleasant opportunity to work with Sweet Home Studio Photography for Stephanie and Kevin's wedding. They were a delight and took some wonderful photos of the big day. Take a peak.

A Word From the Mother of the Bride - Diane

Here at Urban Poppy we love our brides, and making them feel special and honored on their big day is something we strive for. Receiving feedback about how we influenced their big day is why we do what we do. So when we received this e-mail we were honored. Thank you Diane for your kind words.

Anissa,

Suzanne and Patrick's Wedding was absolutely stunning! The bridal and bridesmaid bouquets received a lot of compliments since you used flora and succulents and other items/plants indigenous to the area !!!! I thought they were BEAUTIFUL!!!

You did an absolutely stellar job with the reception!!!! The tables, the centerpieces and the candy bar were screaming "beachy elegance" and was everything Suzanne and I had hoped for!!! You are AWESOME!!!

Once we have photos I will have Suzanne forward them!!!

Blessings to you and may you continue to make MEMORIES for other couples on their special day

LOVE,
Diane

A Sugar Rush - Suzanne & Patrick

Breaking a wedding routine is always a nice treat at the shop during the southern wedding prime, making Suzanne and Patrick's beautiful wedding a great experience for us. It began as a journey away from Savannah into Hilton Head Island to the alluring  Westin Hilton Head Island Spa and Resort. We were greeted with an energy that fueled the unique experience to the peak setter, a candy bar. Going with something different, the bride and groom replaced the traditional groom's cake with a make your own candy bag station. This new trend was a hit among the guests, and left us wanting more of the unique experience.
